How long does delivery take?
After your order is prepared and shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch, so in most cases your package arrives within 4–9 business days. As soon as your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow the shipment on its way to you.

What is your return policy?

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship only within the United Sates. Our focus is on providing the best possible experience for customers in this region. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will share the update with our community.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. If you would like to exchange an item, contact us at support@faironto.com and we will gladly help you arrange the exchange.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order and we will do our best to assist.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email. If it has been more than 7 business days since your order was shipped and you have not received it, please contact us at support@faironto.com and we will investigate right away.
